All displays purchased using the Candy People display discount, must be solely used for merchandising Candy People confectionery. Please see the Candy People Display Agreement for additional information.
Hold Order: $35 a month will be billed to store a packed order. $35 will be billed day 1 of storage and $35 will be billed for each additional month.
Cancel Order: A restocking fee will be billed for all canceled orders. The fee is based on the size of your order. $35 is billed to break down the pallet or boxes plus $1.50 for each case to restock.
All prices are FOB our warehouse (Dallas, TX). Products are sold in full case quantities only.
Cash-In-Advance. Checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards accepted.
Terms of Net-30-Days are available for qualified customers. Customers who pay beyond established terms risk being returned to pre-payment status.
Invoices more than 60 days past due will incur a finance charge of 1.5% per month. Any past due invoice(s) must be paid prior to shipping additional orders.
Candy People recommends shipping on pallets and in temperature controlled trucks. We recommend ordering in a manner that optimizes the number of cases per pallet, which is 220 cases.
Prices do NOT include freight. Freight will be calculated and provided upon checkout.
NOTE: Special delivery requirements such as inside delivery service, lift gate, appointment fees or redelivery charges will be at the customer’s expense.
We do NOT guarantee any candy products that are not shipped via refrigerated truck.
Please call or email Candy People within 48 hours of delivery if you have any problems with a shipment. Any claims with related to shipping must follow the shipping claims procedure. Candy People will provide a claims form to complete and return.
No goods may be returned or credit taken without prior authorization from Candy People, LLC. Please do not take invoice deductions without approval.
Photos and descriptions must be submitted to Candy People to support quality claims.
Upon receipt of goods, you must note all discrepancies on the Bill of Landing in order to make a claim. All freight claims must be filed directly with the shipper. We will assist you on your claim, if necessary.
